Services Offered
Mental Health Assessment
Available to clients who have been court-ordered to complete a mental health assessment, as well as individuals who may just be curious about their mental health. This service will include a biopsychosocial assessment, mental health diagnosis (if applicable), and a treatment recommendation (if applicable). Completing a mental health assessment does not guarantee further treatment/therapy with this provider. Provider unable to assess for Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and Neurocognitive Disorders. Clients must be 18 or older.
Substance Use Evaluation
Available to clients who have been court-ordered to complete a substance use evaluation, or anyone interested in starting substance use treatment. This service will include completing the substance use assessment, diagnosis (if applicable), and a treatment recommendation (if applicable). Completing this evaluation with this provider does not guarantee further treatment with this provider. Provider unable to offer court-approved substance use treatment. Clients must be 18 or older.
Individual Therapy
Available to clients seeking assistance with mental health concerns. A 30-minute consultation with the provider is required to ensure appropriateness for level of care and provider fit. Clients must be at least 16 years old.
